I've been using these water tracker stickers in my journal for awhile. I don't drink enough water very often and it helps me to keep track of that, seeing how often I don't drink some days encourages me to drink more the next! I love the design and the way the check boxes are laid out. It stands out from other sticker sheets I've tried searching through.
