I used WW several years ago but use a meal tracking app to track my calorie deficit, as well as documented my meals in my Wellness planner. I continue to use the WW blue dots to symbolize a day on track with my program. It's a Whoot is the only place I've found the blue dots in the right size to place along side my meal tracking in the planner.
